One of her most proud moments was The Photo of Debbie and Lawrence Herkimer "Herky" (Known as the Inventor of Cheerleading!) and Jeff Webb (CEO of Varsity Brands) at a private banquet and ceremony her and her staff attended honoring "Herky" Into the Cheerleading Hall of Fame at Worlds 07' in Orlando, Florida.

I have my degree in Pre Elementary Education from LLCC

Director of the Tumblebus and love it, teach Mom n Me class, preschool gymnastics, and the Tiny All-star squad.

Experienced in competitive gymnastics for many years and still can tumble. All of my kids attend Capital Elite All-stars. Cade 9 loves tumbling and working on his full, Sophie 8 is a flyer on the Youth squad, Sydney 5 is working on her backhand spring back-tick. We love Capital Elite, we are family here. Debbie is great and gives 150% to the gym and kids and a great BFF!!!

Recently, Melinda graduated from UIS with her bachelors degree in Psychology and now working toward her Masters of Arts in Education. Currently, she works at Riverton Middle School.
